The academical collaboration between Hitit and Ozyegin University, Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Science continued under the umbrella of “Undergraduate Aviation Management Program”. Hitit experts have lectured the Reservation and Management Systems course. A comprehensive content of the course helped the students to understand the realm of inventory management, fares, marketing tools, central reservations (CRC), online and mobile reservation and ticketing, agency distribution, check-in and departure control, and call center services.
At the end of spring semester, students of the Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences graduated from Reservation and Management Systems and were given the certificates in the graduation ceremony.
The productive collaboration between Hitit and Ozyegin University will be sustained in the fall semester of 2017 in order to meet the need for well-trained, high-quality human resource in the aviation industry.
